Another new project for Intex is installing cladding at the new Allam Diabetes Centre, in the grounds of Hull Royal Infirmary.
We’re working for Zenith Developments on the contract, which will see 1,200m2 of Shackerley cladding installed on the exterior of the building. The cladding is a light-weight, man-made ceramic granite façade.
The Allam Diabetes Centre has been funded by a £6m donation made by Hull City owner, Dr Assem Allam, and will be run by Hull University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust.
The Intex team started on site in January 2021 and expect to be finished in the spring.
