Exterior specialist Intex Systems will install the façade for Hull’s new £6m Allam Diabetes Centre this year.
Starting on site in January (2021), the cladding specialists from Rotherham will install 1,200m2 of British-made ceramic granite cladding on the new centre at Hull Royal Infirmary.
Intex director Callum Conner said: “It’s great to be working on such a flagship project with client Zenith Developments.
“We’re pleased to be using our cladding expertise to help create a stand-out building for Hull University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust.”
The Intex team will start on site in January 2021 and expect to finish by the spring. The Allam Diabetes Centre has been funded by a £6m donation made by Hull City owner, Dr Assem Allam and will be run by Hull University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust.
